TV Guide (EPG) Not Downloading
Fix missing or empty TV guide data by refreshing and reloading the EPG correctly.
If your TV Guide (EPG) is missing, empty, or not updating, refreshing the EPG in AIO TV usually fixes it. Follow the steps below and wait for the refresh to complete.
Step 1
On the AIO TV home screen, select the profile/person icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2
Select Settings.

Step 3
Select EPG.

Step 4
Check the status. If it says FAILED, the EPG needs updating.

Step 5
Select Refresh EPG.
This can take a minute. Please be patient and do not back out of the menu while it refreshes.

Step 6
When it finishes, the status should show Downloaded.

Still not working? If the guide still does not load after it shows Downloaded, fully close AIO TV and reopen it, then try the refresh once more. If you are not sure how to fully close the app, follow: Force Stop & Clear Cache/Data (App Reset).
