Account Expired or Invalid Login
Fix login errors caused by expired accounts, incorrect details, or case-sensitive usernames and passwords.
If you see an error saying your account is expired or invalid, work through the checks below. In most cases, it is caused by a small typo or a case-sensitive mismatch.
Check your subscription
- Confirm your subscription is active.
- If you have recently renewed, fully close the app you are using and reopen it, then try logging in again. If you are not sure how to do this, follow: Force Stop & Clear Cache/Data (App Reset).
Check your login details (case-sensitive)
Login details are case-sensitive, so they must be entered exactly.
- Double-check your username and password for any typos.
- Pay extra attention to similar characters:
- K vs k
- 0 (zero) vs O (letter O)
- .TV included or missing (only if your username includes it)
Even one missing capital letter will cause this error.
If it still won’t log in
If all details are correct and the issue persists, contact your admin for assistance.
